Below are a few things you can do to get people involved and get them to interact with you. These will eventually help spread the word about your videos, and also drive traffic back to you.

ASK DIRECT QUESTIONS
Ask a specific question to your viewers and ask people to leave their answer as comments below the videos.
EXAMPLE: Have customers help you name your Mixtape or Song.
CONTESTANT #1
CREATE RIDDLES or set up a PUZZLE and have your viewers solve it inside the comments area. For prizes, give away SWAG, small prizes, and coupons to your establishment.
EXAMPLES: Who is Shizaru? What is Barbie’s mother’s name? In The Godfather, Clemenza told Rocco to leave the gun but take the _____?
JUST BECAUSE
Reward viewers for taking certain actions, such as adding an original comment to your videos, though not as if part of a contest. You can also just randomly give cool something away, like an ice chest with your restaurant’s name on it.
AND THE WINNER IS…
Always have a Camcorder, Flip Camera or Cellphone with a built-in camcorder ready to videotape any winners that visit your establishment. (These videos are so money, it hurts.)
